ABOUT THE COVER: It was a surprise prepared for Bob Stahr and Rick Soller, co-hosts of the 1997 national show. Christian Willis, LAUGH LINES artist, created the convention issue cover from some photos of Bob and Rick. He is talented! Thank you, Christian. Bob and Rick knew nothing until the awards banquet when the September cover was revealed to those in attendance. Bob and Rick also want to express their thanks for the tireless work of so many of the members of the Greater Chicago Insulator Club who gave time before, during and after the show.
